Bill began work in commercial real estate in 1987 with a Michigan real estate development firm. Formed Milliken Realty in 1996. Previously, worked in Washington, DC for NASA and, prior to that, for the U.S. Dept. of Justice. John L. Shipman Professional Background: John joined Milliken Realty Company in 2005. He is a commercial broker who received his real estate sales license from the State of Michigan in 1983, and his associate broker's license in 1992. He is also a CCIM designation candidate. John has an extensive background in commercial property management, sales and leasing. He is an Ann Arbor native, a graduate of Huron High School and received his B.A. degree from Michigan State University (1976). He is a member of the Ann Arbor Area Board or Realtors and the Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR), Michigan's commercial overlay board.         Tony Infante Professional Background: Tony has worked in the golf industry for more than twenty years, and brings a special market niche to Milliken Realty -- brokering golf courses and resorts. He has been a facility manager, off-course merchant, manufacturer’s representative, developer and consultant in positions from New York to California. Tony is a native of Bridgeport, Michigan and a graduate of Western Michigan University, where he was a political science and history major.
